This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. The Role • Handling inbound calls to address customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. • Investigating and raising scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking clients. • Investigating pending payments, approving legitimate transactions and flagging potential fraudulent activity. • Providing support to customers with personal banking needs, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking. • Assisting customers facing financial difficulty and managing debit card support. • Educating customers on fraud prevention and security best practices. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial Services in the UK. • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with fluency in English. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information. • Ability to make complex decisions and problem-solve effectively. • Experience working with vulnerable customers and handling difficult conversations. • Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
