The Role

• Handle inbound calls, providing enthusiastic and helpful first-point-of-contact support to customers.
• Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases across a major banking portfolio.
• Handle objections effectively, reassuring customers about their account security.
• Investigate pending payments, approving where no fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Support customers with personal banking inquiries, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
• Assist customers experiencing financial difficulty and provide debit card support.

What You'll Need

• A professional, polite, and courteous telephone manner.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to listen empathetically, patiently, and with understanding.
• Confidence in handling difficult conversations and making complex decisions.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK Financial Services.
