The Role • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding potential fraud and scams. • Investigate pending payments to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. • Provide support and educate customers on protecting themselves against fraud. • Assist customers with various banking inquiries, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking. • Manage customer complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution. • Work with vulnerable customers to resolve complex fraud cases. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK Financial Services. • Previous customer service or call centre experience is essential. • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English. • Strong listening skills, empathy, patience, and understanding. • Ability to make confident decisions and problem-solve effectively. • High attention to detail and accuracy.
