The Role

• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries related to fraud and scams.
• Investigate and raise fraud and scam cases for online and telephony banking clients.
• Support customers with personal banking needs, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
• Assist customers experiencing financial difficulty and provide debit card support.
• Educate customers on fraud prevention and secure banking practices.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UK Financial Services.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to display empathy, patience, and understanding with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and numeracy skills.
