This organisation is seeking a dedicated Fraud Specialist to join their Fraud Team, supporting a major banking client. The Role • Handle inbound calls to provide customer service and address their needs efficiently. • Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking. • Investigate pending payments, approving where no fraudulent activity is suspected. • Offer support for various banking needs, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking. • Assist customers experiencing financial difficulty and provide debit card support. • Educate customers on fraud prevention measures. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years of Financial Services experience in the UK. • Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential. • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English. • High accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. • Confidence in handling customer conversations and difficult situations.
