Fraud Specialist | Larkhall, United Kingdom | On-site | £28,500 - £29,500 OTE

We're hiring on behalf of a global leader in business process outsourcing, renowned for partnering with well-known clients to deliver exceptional customer service. The Role

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to fraud and scam cases for a major UK banking division.
  • Investigate pending payments to identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Provide comprehensive support for online and telephony banking, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
  • Assist customers experiencing financial difficulties, offering debit card support and guidance.
  • Educate customers on fraud prevention methods and promote secure banking practices.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK Financial Services sector.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional, polite, and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to convey understanding.
  • Confident in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing difficult conversations.
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent numeracy skills.
