Job Description

Fraud Specialist | Clydebank, United Kingdom | On-site | Up to £29,500 OTE We're hiring for a leading global contact centre provider that partners with well-known household brands to deliver exceptional customer service. This role is for a dedicated Fraud Team, supporting a major banking client. The Role • Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases across online and telephony banking platforms. • Handle objections while reassuring customers and ensuring account security. • Investigate pending payments to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. • Provide comprehensive support for personal banking queries, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking. • Assist customers experiencing financial difficulty and provide debit card support. • Educate customers on fraud prevention methods. What You'll Need • Minimum 2 years of UK Financial Services experience. • Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential. • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with fluency in English. • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numeracy skills. • Confidence in making complex decisions, problem-solving, and working independently. • Experience in working with vulnerable customers is a plus.
