The Role

• Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking.
• Handle inbound calls, providing support and excellent customer service.
• Investigate pending payments to identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Assist customers with personal banking queries, including transfers and digital support.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty and manage debit card queries.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with regulatory requirements for fraud protection.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of Financial Services experience in the UK.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to display empathy, patience, and understanding.
• Confidence in making decisions, problem-solving, and dealing with complex situations.
