The Role

• Handling inbound calls to assist customers with fraud and scam-related inquiries.
• Investigating potential fraudulent activity on online and telephony banking platforms.
• Approving or flagging pending payments based on fraud risk assessment.
• Supporting customers with various personal banking needs, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
• Educating customers on how to protect themselves against fraud and scams.
• Working with vulnerable customers to resolve complex cases.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of financial services experience in the UK.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong listening skills, with the ability to convey empathy and patience.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident in making complex decisions and problem-solving.
