We're hiring on behalf of a leading contact centre employer known for delivering world-class customer service for well-known clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated Fraud Team, focusing on inbound customer service for a major banking division.

The Role

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking.
• Investigate pending payments, approving where no fraud is suspected.
• Provide positive customer experiences for personal banking needs, including transfers and digital support.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty and manage debit card inquiries.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of Financial Services experience in the UK.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with fluency in English.
• Experience working with vulnerable customers.
• Ability to educate customers on fraud protection.
• Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
