Fraud Specialist | Johnstone, United Kingdom | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a leading contact center provider that collaborates with well-known clients to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their dedicated Fraud Team, supporting a major UK banking division. The Role • Answer inbound calls, resolving customer queries efficiently at the first point of contact. • Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking. • Handle objections and reassure customers about account security. • Investigate pending payments, approving them if no fraudulent activity is suspected. • Provide support for personal banking needs including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking. • Assist customers experiencing financial difficulty and provide debit card support. What You'll Need • Minimum 2 years of Financial Services experience in the UK. • Previous call center/customer service experience is essential. • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English. • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding. • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • Confidence in making decisions and problem-solving.
