Customer Service Advisor | Belfast, United Kingdom | On-site | £27,976.00 per year

We're hiring on behalf of a leading financial services provider seeking dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Belfast City Centre. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role

  • Provide outstanding first-contact customer service, aligned with client goals.
  • Educate customers on various banking methods and support their service choices.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of processes while delivering a seamless customer experience.

  • Conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information to customers.
