The Role

• Provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.
• Educate customers on banking services and support their financial goals.
• Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures.
• Conduct financial reviews and provide customers with informed advice.
• Manage your diary and balance proactive customer interactions with planned meetings.
• Resolve complaints and errors efficiently to restore customer satisfaction.
