Job Description

Title: Enterprise - Program Test ManagerLocation: 100% RemoteDuration: 6+ Months.
Position OverviewRole Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated overarching Program Test Management.
  • Steer program QA plan and provide governance, test plan, templates, scheduling support and guidance.
  • Own and manage QA raid log.
  • 1st Point of escalation for all testing risks and issues.
  • Initial Planning of engagement.
  • Update initial version of the Test Approach as new information arises.
  • Agree & confirm testing framework(s) and guidelines.
  • Ensure that the QA teams (QAI, Client, SI) are working towards the successful completion of plans, on time, and in line with the obligations outlined in this Statement of Work.
  • Reporting to the client assigned Project Manager to ensure clear stakeholder management across the program.
  • Day-to-day status meetings, progress tracking, and the management of issues and risks will be managed and communicated with Amer Sports in a mutually agreed upon process.
  • Preparation of Engagement Summary Report & Handover meeting & required documentation.
Top 3 Must-Haves
  • Strong SAP Test Management (3 years + implementation as Lead).
  • SAP / S4 HANA exp.
  • QWA governance monitoring & reporting (entry/exit criteria management and RAID log ownership).
Preferred
  • Retail end-to-end domain experience.
