The Role

• Compiles store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, noting item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Gathers merchandise, ensuring proper placement into totes or boxes.
• Loads totes or boxes of merchandise, utilizing safe lifting techniques for items up to 50 pounds.
• Contributes to maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following all safety guidelines and performing general housekeeping.
• Follows routine assignments and applies problem-solving skills within the distribution function.
• Ensures tasks are completed according to company-defined standard operating procedures and best practices.

What You'll Need

• Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean work area.
• Proficiency in following safety guidelines and safe work practices.
• Capability to enter data for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
