Shared Living Home Care Provider

As a Home Provider, you’ll help create that sense of belonging by opening your home and supporting an individual with intellectual disabilities as they build a life filled with connection, growth, and independence.

Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
Approximately $42,500 (federally tax-free) 
Ongoing Training & Team Support

You see potential in people and enjoy helping them grow. Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.

Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging. Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals. Assistance with personal care activities

You must be a current resident of the state of Arizona (due to state funding restrictions).

Internet access and basic computer skills
Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training
