The Role

• Assist administrative leadership by drafting clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Create and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Utilize MS Word and Outlook to design and implement communication templates.
• Perform general technical writing tasks to support project objectives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain a government-required clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for contract-specific roles.
