The Role

• Assist administrative leadership in crafting clear and professional internal and external communications, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Create and standardize templates using MS Word and Outlook.
• Develop and write comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform a range of technical writing tasks to support project needs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an MRPT clearance are required due to government contract requirements.
