The Role

• Assist administrative leadership with crafting clear internal and external communications.
• Draft and edit executive communications, including memoranda and announcements.
• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create and manage templates using MS Word and Outlook.
• Perform various technical writing tasks to support project needs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain an MRPT clearance.
