The Role

• Assist administrative leadership with crafting clear internal and external communications, including SOPs and operational documentation.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Create and utilize templates in MS Word and Outlook.
• Develop and write comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform diverse technical writing tasks to support project needs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts and process maps.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an MRPT clearance.
• Ability to successfully complete background investigations.
