The Role

• Assist administrative leadership in crafting clear internal and external communications, including SOPs and operational documentation.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Create templates using MS Word and Outlook.
• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform a variety of technical writing tasks.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts and process maps.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain an MRPT clearance; US citizenship is required.
