• *The Role**
• Assist administrative leadership in producing clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, including memoranda and announcements.
• Develop and write comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create and maintain templates using MS Word and Outlook.
• Perform various technical writing tasks to support project documentation needs.

• *What You'll Need**
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to successfully complete a background investigation and obtain a U.S. MRPT clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
