The Role

• Assist administrative leadership by crafting clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Create templates utilizing MS Word and Outlook.
• Develop and write standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform technical writing tasks for government contracts.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to successfully complete a background investigation and obtain an MRPT clearance (US citizenship required).
