The Role

• Assist administrative leadership in crafting clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Create and standardize documents using MS Word and Outlook.
• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform a variety of technical writing tasks to support project documentation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts and process diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an MRPT clearance.
