Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design, deliver, and sustain impactful learning experiences for leaders across our manufacturing organization. In this role, you will assess capability gaps, build targeted programs, and provide coaching that strengthens people leadership, communication, and change management skills. You'll collaborate closely with HR and plant leaders, tailor solutions for a production environment, and measure impact. This is a hands-on role for a learning professional who is passionate about supporting leaders, safety, and continuous improvement in a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and facilitate leadership development programs for frontline to mid-level leaders in a manufacturing environment
  • Assess leadership capability gaps using data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform targeted development solutions
  • Coach leaders one-on-one and in small groups to build skills in communication, feedback, change management, and people leadership
  • Partner with HR, plant leadership, and safety teams to align development initiatives with business goals and operational priorities
  • Adapt learning content for multiple audiences, shifts, and locations, leveraging blended learning methods
  • Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve content, tools, and delivery
  • Support succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential development initiatives
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communication for learning events across sites
  • Champion Marvin's people-first culture and embed company values into all development experiences
  • Stay current on leadership development best practices and apply them to manufacturing and industrial settings
