Job Description

As an HR Coordinator at Aramark, you will support our mission of service excellence by providing day-to-day HR support to teams across food, facilities, and uniform services. You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding, maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records, and support benefits administration and leave tracking. Partnering closely with managers, you'll assist with employee relations, training coordination, and performance processes while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws. In this role, you'll help foster Aramark's culture of safety, inclusivity, and teamwork, creating a positive experience for employees and the clients and communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for hourly and salaried staff across food, facilities, and uniform services operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, leave tracking, and responding to employee benefit inquiries
  • Assist managers with employee relations matters by scheduling meetings, documenting conversations, and escalating issues as needed
  • Organize and track required training, certifications, and safety programs; maintain completion records and reminders
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics on headcount, turnover, attendance, and compliance for local and regional leadership
  • Support performance review and merit increase cycles through scheduling, document collection, and data entry
  • Partner with operations leaders to ensure HR processes support a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace
  • Coordinate HR communications such as policy updates, culture initiatives, and recognition programs
  • Provide frontline HR support to employees, answering routine policy, payroll, and scheduling questions or directing them to the right resource
