La Casa Health Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to coordinate clinical staffing for our senior care community in Belen, New Mexico. Help us find compassionate, qualified LVNs and other clinical professionals who support skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. You will partner with nursing leaders to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring and onboarding. Responsibilities

• Recruit and source qualified LVNs and other clinical staff for skilled nursing and rehabilitation roles.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, references, and hiring communication.
• Partner with nursing leadership to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Support onboarding coordination and help ensure staffing needs are met.
