What are we looking?
Overview: The Product Manager for AI Solutions drives execution across the Client ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and deep AI technical capability, focusing on executing key initiatives and determining how merchants interact with intelligent orchestration tools.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

·       Define and prioritize AI-powered workflow use cases, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design to identify high-value automation opportunities.

·       Translate business processes into agentic experiences, ensuring balance between flexibility for merchants and simplicity for end users.

·       Define success metrics, manage complex product requirements, and construct a prioritized roadmap based on behavioral data and market trends.
Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes while strictly maintaining user trust, security, and control.

·       Build and implement agent evaluation frameworks, confidence scoring metrics, and prompt iteration cycles to monitor production accuracy and performance.

·       Implement enterprise AI governance mechanisms, including human-in-the-loop review, audit trails, and approval workflows to maintain reliability, security, and compliance across agent pipelines.

·       Leverage hands-on prototyping tools for rapid validation of prompts, agent workflows, and evaluation harnesses to accelerate cross-functional alignment and deployment.

·       Collaborate and partner with vertical PMs to educate and onboard them into AI
development, leveraging their subject matter expertise to assist in developing agents for these vertical areas.
