Senior Product Manager - Next-Gen Retail

Introduction:

As a Senior Product Manager for Next-Gen Retail, you will be responsible for leading the product management efforts in Core POS, Retail, and Multi-location environments. You will play a key role in developing and implementing product strategies to enhance the overall retail experience and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• User Experience & Scalability: Lead end-to-end UX for single and multi-location operators, balancing merchant flexibility with an intuitive user experience.
• Product Requirement Design: Translate merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Define key performance metrics and leverage product analytics to guide feature iterations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to build, launch, and scale features.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Articulate product strategy, technical trade-offs, and business outcomes clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Required Skills: 8+ years of Product Management experience, Retail POS workflows, Inventory setup, Catalog management, Multi-location management, Order Management, Warehouse, and Omni Commerce expertise.

Preferred Skills: Experience in Point Of Sale systems, Sales analytics, and creating effective roadmaps for retail products.
