Job Description:

The Corporate Affairs Digital Platform team delivers the digital tools and platforms uses to plan, create, publish and measure communications with employees and external audiences.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, web development, software engineering or business analysis.

• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, content management systems, APIs and integrations) and the ability to engage IT partners confidently on technical design.

• Proven, everyday proficiency with Microsoft Copilot or other large language model (LLM) tools, applied with sound judgment on accuracy, privacy and data handling.

• Practical Agile product ownership: backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies and UAT, ideally in Azure DevOps.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.

Oil and Gas industry experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, communications or a related field.

• Experience with communications and marketing technologies such as Marketo, Sitecore and Monday.com.

• Experience building solutions with Copilot Studio or Power Platform.

• Web analytics (for example, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and SEO knowledge.

• Product ownership certification such as CSPO, PSPO or SAFe POPM.

Top 3 MUST HAVE Hard Skills:

1. Technical Business Analysis & Web Technologies

2. Strong understanding of web technologies and software systems with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and work effectively with IT teams. Candidates with a prior software engineering or highly technical background are preferred.

2. Product Owner / Agile Delivery Experience

3. Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is strongly preferred.

3. Marketing Technology & AI Tools

4. Experience with digital marketing technologies such as email marketing platforms, web content management systems, and project management tools (e.g., Marketo, Sitecore, Monday.com).

Must also be comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to support business processes and productivity.
