Senior Product Manager, Restaurant

Introduction:

This role involves overseeing product management within the restaurant industry, focusing on Point of Sale (POS) systems, kitchen operations, and front-of-house and back-of-house management. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in developing and executing product strategies to enhance the overall restaurant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end user experience design for single and multi-location restaurant operators
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps based on merchant research and user feedback
• Utilize product analytics to drive data-driven feature iterations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to launch and scale product features
• Communicate product strategy, technical trade-offs, and business outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

Required Skills: 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in POS, e-commerce, online ordering, or marketplace platforms. Deep understanding of restaurant workflows including Front-of-House (FoH), Kitchen Operations (KDS), and Back-of-House (BoH) management.

Preferred Skills: Experience working in the restaurant industry and familiarity with restaurant operations.
