Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that grow leaders across our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you will assess capability gaps, build targeted programs, and facilitate engaging workshops and coaching focused on people leadership, change, and performance. You'll collaborate with HR and operations leaders to support succession planning, high-potential development, and continuous improvement, while measuring outcomes and ensuring our people-first, safety-focused culture thrives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs for plant and corporate leaders
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning experiences that build people-leadership capabilities
  • Assess leadership skill gaps and partner with HR and operations leaders to create targeted development plans
  • Develop learning content, tools, and resources tailored to manufacturing and frontline environments
  • Measure program effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and business outcomes
  • Support succession planning and high-potential development across sites and functions
  • Consult with leaders as an internal OD/learning expert to align development with business strategy
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication for leadership programs and cohorts
