- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Epic workflow configuration, testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities
- Advising the business, evaluating requests, implementing new features and changes, troubleshooting, resolving testing issues, configuring processes and experiences
- Professional experience in Product Management, Health Informatics, Business
- Healthcare experienced resources in Medicare, Medicaid, EMR/EHR
- Experienced in UM and CM
- Epic Compass Rose/Healthy Planet certification
