Senior Client Integration Manager

Coordinates client upgrades and enhancements to data exchanges across Aspirion's revenue cycle portfolio. Connects client and internal technical and operational teams to define requirements, assess impacts, manage testing, and guide changes through production and post-go-live validation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client specification upgrades and data-exchange enhancements through go-live and post-production validation.
• Gather and validate specifications, file layouts, mappings, code lists, sample files, testing requirements, and schedules.
• Assess impacts to interfaces, account updates, billing indicators, notes, activities, and workflows.
• Document requirements, mapping rules, decisions, risks, dependencies, and client-specific configurations.
• Manage project plans, milestones, action items, status reporting, escalations, readiness, and implementation handoffs.
• Coordinate sample-file validation, end-to-end and user acceptance testing, issue triage, cutover, and hypercare.
