Job description

Own and build shared platform foundations for digital products, including authentication and authorization, observability, common services and API contracts, and CI/CD delivery guardrails. Establish secure, auditable controls for ITAR and CUI shipment data, guide platform architecture and standards, and enable product teams to deliver reliable software.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own authentication and authorization for internal and external users, including controls for restricted shipment data.
  • Build shared observability capabilities with Open
  • Telemetry instrumentation, distributed tracing, metrics, logging, and standards.
  • Develop documented, versioned platform services and API/BFF contracts for product teams.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, templates, and automated quality, security, and code-review guardrails.
  • Define integration contracts with enterprise and legacy systems of record.
  • Provide architecture guidance, review code, mentor engineers, and prioritize platform work.
