Night Shift Tolling Systems Data Technician

Support the All-Electronic Tolling system along the Turnpike through field installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, inspections and system health monitoring. Diagnose electronic and mechanical issues, perform repairs, and coordinate system status with operations teams. The role includes overnight highway work, outdoor conditions and operation of a bucket truck.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tolling equipment and system performance against operational specifications.
• Install, maintain and repair electronic and mechanical tolling system components.
• Conduct scheduled inspections, site walkthroughs and preventive maintenance on gantry equipment.
• Diagnose system failures and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with client agreements, standards and scope of work requirements.
• Communicate field activity and system status to management, scheduling and operations teams.
