Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, and Finance/Accounting modules. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ServiceNow development teams supporting Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Finance/Accounting initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications following platform best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Prepare technical designs, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution documentation.
• Oversee the implementation of approved technical solutions while ensuring coding standards and quality.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• IntegrationHub
• MID Servers
• ETL tools
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and configuration guides.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex development challenges.
• Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities whenever appropriate.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI capabilities within ServiceNow, to improve business processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong experience leading ServiceNow technical teams.
• Extensive knowledge of:
• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Procurement Operations
• Finance & Accounting
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Procurement and Finance solutions.
• Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Third-Party Compliance processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and release management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
• Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Preferred
