Technical Implementation Specialist

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, DEP/ADE, Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security configurations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, device enrollment, application deployment, policy management, and troubleshooting synchronization and compliance issues.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing Apple devices in enterprise environments using automated enrollment solutions.
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices and Microsoft 365 security administration.
