SAP FICO Consultant

Job Title: "SAP FICO Consultant
Location: : Shelbyville, Tennessee (Onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions according to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis between standard SAP functionality and client requirements and propose viable solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including cost centers, internal orders, profit center accounting, activity and overhead cost allocation, and product costing.
• Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, and coordinate system integration tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO operations.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Maintain and update existing SAP FICO configurations as per changing business needs.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO developments and suggest improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules ( SD, MM, PP).
• Strong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
• Good understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• SAP certification in Cost Controlling would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.
• Auto and Auto parts Industry experience.
• Base work location: 305 Stanley Boulevard, Shelbyville, Tennessee, 37160 (If the candidate is not in the vicinity, he/she must accept travel) Chinese Language knowledge or working with China team will be added advantage
