The Role

• Assist administrative leadership by drafting clear internal and external communications, including SOPs and operational documentation.
• Create and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create document templates using MS Word and Outlook.
• Perform general technical writing tasks as needed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
