The Role

• Assist administrative leadership in creating clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform technical writing tasks and create process documentation.
• Utilize MS Word and Outlook to create templates.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to successfully complete background investigations, including potential credit or driving record checks.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain an MRPT clearance due to government contract requirements.
