The Role
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and families within your assigned territory Monday through Thursday.
• Educate potential clients on how supplemental insurance products can fill gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices, celebrate achievements, and foster continuous improvement.
• Travel within your territory for client meetings, with no evening or weekend work required.
• Focus on client relationships and closing business, with marketing, lead generation, and operations handled by the company.
What You'll Need
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
• A self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and follow a structured sales system.
• Coachability and a desire to improve through AI-powered training and mentorship.
• 18+ years of age and comfortable with overnight travel Monday through Thursday within a territory.
• A strong work ethic and motivation to control and maximize income potential.
• Ability to obtain the required insurance license with company-provided training assistance.
