What You'll Need • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals. • A self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and follow a structured sales system. • Coachability and a desire to improve through AI-powered training and mentorship. • 18+ years of age and comfortable with overnight travel Monday through Thursday within a territory. • A strong work ethic and motivation to control and maximize income potential. • Ability to obtain the required insurance license with company-provided training assistance.
