The Role

• Meet with business owners and families in your territory Monday through Thursday to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales system supported by AI coaching to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Build and manage client relationships within a designated sales territory.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Travel within your assigned territory for client meetings.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• A willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process and training program.
• Self-starter mentality, coachable and eager to improve.
• Comfortable with travel Monday through Thursday within your assigned territory.
• Must be 18 years or older.
