The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both individually and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks and perform routine configuration changes. • Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. • Produce quality technical documentation for system deployment. • Perform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
