The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure maximum application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues both independently and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to identify system faults and maximize availability. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control system. • Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Experience with fire alarm systems (Bosch, Silent Knight preferred; Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial systems a plus). • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
