They are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their established team.

The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks and perform routine configuration changes.
• Complete pre-deployment testing and on-site installations of software upgrades.
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
• Produce technical documentation for system deployment.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• A C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License is required.
