The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks and perform routine configuration changes on systems. • Document all system modifications and produce technical documentation for various audiences. • Perform pre-deployment testing and on-site installations of software upgrades and modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. • A valid C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License.
