The Role

• Provide expert support for ship structure and design analyses.
• Study and establish ship design products and specifications.
• Conduct evaluations of ship performance for new and ongoing programs.
• Analyze, evaluate, and oversee technical and design requirements.
• Apply expertise to surface and undersea shipbuilding programs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in Naval Architecture and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with the DOD 5000 process and guidelines.
• An interim or active Secret security clearance is required.
