The Role

• Provide ship structure and design analyses for naval programs.
• Study and establish ship design products and specifications.
• Evaluate ship performance for new and ongoing shipbuilding projects.
• Support a key Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customer.
• Offer analysis, evaluation, and oversight of technical and design requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant Naval Architecture experience.
• Expertise with surface and undersea shipbuilding programs.
• Experience with the DOD 5000 process and guidelines.
• An interim or active Secret clearance.
