The Role

• Provide ship structure and design analyses for a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customer.
• Study and establish ship design products and specifications.
• Evaluate ship performance in new and ongoing shipbuilding programs.
• Support the analysis, evaluation, and oversight of technical and design requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Naval Architecture and engineering fundamentals.
• Expertise with surface and undersea shipbuilding programs.
• Experience with the DOD 5000 process and guidelines.
• Interim or Active Secret clearance.
